You need:

• 30 g of decarboxylated cannabis
• 450 g of alcohol (recommended 60% alc/vol or higher)
• A glass jar with a lid

Preparation:

1. Put the decarboxylated cannabis in a glass jar.
2. Pour alcohol over the cannabis, close the lid, and shake gently.
3. Put the glass jar in a cold and dark place. Shake daily to mix the content.
4. After 21 days strain the cannabis tincture through a coffee filter or gauze.
5. For ease of use pour the tincture into a dropper bottle.

Use

You can administer the cannabis tincture sublingually (under the tongue) or orally (ingest it). The tincture can be added to any food or drink. Applying the tincture under the tongue has the quickest effect, after approx. 15 minutes. This of course depends on the individual’s endocannabinoid system and the body’s response to the ingested substance.

Dosage

Start with three drops, then gradually increase the quantity.

Tip

If you wish to avoid using alcohol, soak the cannabis in vegetable glycerin.
