A herbal mixture against crankiness and stress

You need:

  • 1 unit of cannabis buds
  • 1 unit of rosemary
  • 1 unit of lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia – true lavender)
  • 1 unit of lemon balm
  • 1 unit of rose petals
  • A glass jar with a lid

Preparation

  1. Determine the unit based on the quantity of the mixture you wish to prepare (e.g., a measuring spoon or cup, you can also weigh the desired quantity).
  2. Gently crush the herbs, mix them, and put them in a jar with a lid or make an infusion straight away according to the instructions.

Tip

Use at least three herbs to prepare the herbal mixture. Mix the herbs in equal parts.

Keep the mixture in a dry and dark place for up to one year.

To prepare the most effective mixture, use herbs gathered in pristine nature high up in the Slovenian hills or in your own garden.
